Delivery and P&P

Delivery and P&P is included in the checkout total.

All deliveries are made with a courier and require a signature.

It may be more convenient to you to provide a work address to ensure your delivery reaches you as soon as possible.

The courier delivers Mon to Fri 9am-5pm only. If you are not in when a delivery is made the courier will leave a card detailing how delivery can be re-arranged. We are unable to specify a time of delivery. Furniture deliveries please ensure someone there to help unload if big item and the item of furniture is able to fit in room. Furniture will not be taken upstairs unless by pior arrangement.

CANCELLATION

We are unable to cancel paintings and furniture orders due to the specific nature of each piece.

RETURNS AN EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer refunds. A credit note may be offered depending on the situation.

LEAD TIMES

All art works take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Any items in stock take 10 working days. However we can arrange 2-3 days at a small extra cost – Please call for this.
